Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin preparing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
What is your return policy?
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. We send you a prepaid return label. Pieces should be unworn and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@rauve.com with your order number and the piece you're sending back, and we'll send your prepaid label.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you need a different size or style, reach out and we will help you find the best option.
