Orders & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
We ship within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive 3–9 business days after that. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way to you.
How much is shipping?
Free on all Canadian orders through November 30, 2026. After that, shipping is free on orders over $150 and $14.90 under $150. We ship within Canada only for now.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email me as soon as you can at hello@rauve.com. If it hasn't shipped yet, I'll happily help make the change.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Check your tracking link first. If it looks stuck or something feels off, email me with your order number and I'll happily help sort it out.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Not quite right? No problem. Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Pieces should be unworn and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email me with your order number and I'll send you a prepaid UPS label, so it costs you nothing.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Of course! Send it back as a return and place a new order for the piece you love. That's the fastest way to get it to you.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives, your refund goes back to your original payment method within about 12 business days.
The Jewelry
What is RAUVE made of?
Every piece is 14K gold or 99.99% pure silver plating over premium brass. Some pieces include cubic zirconia or freshwater pearls for a little extra sparkle.
How do I care for it? Is it waterproof?
To keep your pieces glowing, take them off before showering, swimming, working out or putting on perfume, and tuck them into the pouch they came in. Like all plated jewelry, the finish lasts longest when it stays dry. If anything isn't right with a piece, email me and I'll happily help.
How do the charms work?
This is the fun part! Every charm comes on our signature clasp, and it's so easy to use. Just open it and slide it onto a necklace, or clip it onto a single link of a paperclip chain to place it exactly where you want. No tools, no fuss, and you can swap your charms in seconds. Pieces that work with our charms are marked Charm-ready on their product page.
How do I pick a size?
Rings come in sizes 6, 7 and 8. If you're between sizes, size up. Some necklaces have three clasp rings so you can wear them at different lengths. Measurements for every piece are on its product page.
