Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout. RAUVE is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, RAUVE is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are always happy to assist where possible.

International Shipping

Shipping availability and delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
