Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada. Here's what to expect.

Free shipping on all Canadian orders through November 30, 2026. From December 1, 2026, the standard rates below apply.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders $150 and up
• $14.90 standard shipping on orders under $150

When your order ships

We pack and ship every order within 1–3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). Most orders arrive 3–9 business days after they ship.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.

Double-check your address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

If something goes wrong

Package late, lost or damaged? Email us at hello@rauve.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

For now we ship within Canada only.
